Refunds & Shipping


Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory defects and workmanship. If any product is found to be defective we will refund or exchange. Refunds or credits will not be given for products used, or with damage caused by customer misuse or neglect. All products must be unopened and have tags attached.

All claims must be made within 5 days after receiving the goods. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after that.

CUSTOM ITEMS such as custom made bow ties, cummerbunds, pocket squares and other made to order items are not returnable. Orders of more than three items from the same design are considered as custom orders.

All liquidated items are not returnable.

In order to return or exchange a product you will need to get a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. To do so, you will have to e-mail us with the reason for return or exchange and we will send it to you. The authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipment box. Please include a copy of the invoice.

NO RETURNS will be honored and opened without a return authorization number.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please measure carefully to avoid unnecessary loss of time and expense.

Delivery Time: 7-14 days (varies by destination).
